Karen S. says: I made the purchase on a whim and shortly after read reviews on the product which led me to try and get my transaction reversed in less than 3 hours. the company said , "no" that it had already been shipped. I didn't receive the product for another 12 days. I called to return the product, was given the RMA number to put on and in the returned package. I have called and have spoken to customer service and nothing has been resolved.
