Claimant says:
"I need your help in dealing with Nationwide Alarm Systems, P.O. 352, Huntingdon Valley ,Pa 19006. In August 2016 I had to replace two windows. Once they were replaced the alarm system could not be activated. After 3 calls to Nationwide Alarm System I received a call advising me how to by pass the windows and set the alarm. I was further advised that I would receive a call to set up an appointment to install the magnets in the window panes to enable the alarm to fully functional. Although I have called several times since 8/6/2016 and left several messages concerning this problem . I have not received one return call advising me as to when the magnets would be installed. I also sent an email on 9/15/2016 to harry@nationwidealarmsystem.com in which I received a reply that someone would get back to me as soon as possible within 48 hours. To date I still have not received a call from them. Please help me with."
