Claimant says:
"I ordered Vibrant Smile Introductory Offer on 2/1/2011 for $1.95. Received it. My personal Dentist recommended I not use it since I have veneers on my front teeth and it would likely loosen them. I was automatically charged for the next months shipment ($75.00, may not be exact amount). Called MVS on March 7th (the day I was charged), BEFORE receiving 2nd shipment, and told Agent #154, Napolean, situation. He gave me cancellation number #119158. Told me to wait till shipment arrived, return it, and write across the face of package, RMA 119158-1797526, mail to My Vibrant Smile, 3347 Northwest 74th Avenue, Miami, FL 33122. He said once they received it they would issue my refund to the original account it was charged to and I would receive it in 3-30 days. I returned the package on 3/16/11. REFUND NEVER HAPPENED! I called again and spoke to Debra and she assured me the refund was forthcoming. REFUND NEVER HAPPENED! Then spoke to Jordan who said my refund was denied, but, when I told her the whole story again, she spoke to her Supervisor who said she would be expediting my refund immediately and I should have it in my account in 3-30 days. REFUND STILL NEVER HAPPENED! PLEASE HELP!"
