Claimant says:
"I had work done on my transmission 1yr. ago, I have taken the vehicle back several times complaining that there was still something wrong with the transmission, I took the vehicle back last month they finally admitted there was an issue that the tech discovered. I was told since the warranty had expired I would have to pay for this service. I adamantly disagreed with because I had been complaining about the problem all along and I felt like the tech knew already there was a problem. Nevertheless they honored the warranty agreement and supposedly did the repairs, I work offshore so my wife picked the vehicle up, I returned to Mobile on Monday 6-18-12. Since being back I've driven the vehicle and the transmission is still doing what it was doing when I left it with them to repair again and also there is a rattling noise coming from the transmission, I need some assistance in this matter ."
