"Lars Burks and associates is the builder of my new development home. he did not finish the work that was agreed on. he started the work in July , 2013.as oF Nov 24,2014 he still has half of the home to be completed. he contact me in Oct 28,2014 he said he has order some materials and i haven't heard any more from him.if you need any more information please call me. James fuqua 216 224-7315 CONCERNING THIS MATTER"
