Claimant says:
"room 220 had dead bugs under linen and mattresses of which we have pictures on our cell phones - 2nd room (209) had huge, clearly visible blood and urine menustration stains on the blankets, and mattresses to which we also have pictures!!

Upon notifying desk clerk upon disgusting findings in 2nd room (209) my family and I wanted to leave premises but clerk refused to refund or money and being that we had just travelled from North Carolina to Penn for an end of summer vacation with our children - we had no other place to go. Clerk took advantage of situation and we were stuck.

We would appreciate a full-refund of our reserva which was made through my AAA membership.

Your immediate attention and cooperation with this disgusting and disrespectful incident would be greatly appreciated.
