Claimant says:

"Mr. Glenn Lewis wants a refund from ceo Wayne of motel 6 in Tampa he paid for a terrible mini vacation for me. The motel is infested with bed bugs from Wayne's own admission, Monday I took cold water shower, boiler went out, ice dispenser is broken, customers use their fingers or cups to reach inside the ice bend which is very unsanitary, we were not informed, I had to buy ice each day, people called the room playing on the phone, when I complained to the staff in the office, they became very rude called the police to have me put out because I argued with a cleaning lady which I never had my room cleaned one day. The officer was nice and kind said he believed my side of the story that the staff had lied, we had to rent a storage unit and buy products to kill any BED BUGS, I threw away a lot of food and other products. I feel traumatized, a pest control service confirmed I collected BED BUGS in a plastic bag. When I contacted guest services and the ceo both men were cold as ice and was not concerned that I was sick in bed my whole stay, they did not show concern about BED BUGS that i have pictures of , broken ice machine, cold water shower, no electric, rude staff. The ceo Wayne stated that he would not refund Mr. Lewis or compensate him in any way. Motel 6 is greedy to make money instead of satisfying their guest. I stated you should be fired and MOTEL 6 should go out of business."

I called motel 6 corporate headquarters Monday June, 11 2012 and asked to speak to the ceo of this motel, after a long wait on the phone, the ceo said hello, i asked if he was the top man the ceo of motel 6, he responded yes i`m the ceo of motel 6, my name is wayne, i explained my problems at motel 6 , infested with BED BUGS, a cold water shower, ice machine broken, people were sticking fingers and cups in the ice bend very unsanitary, lights went out twice early one morning, someone calling my room saying stupid things, all staff was upset and very RUDE when i complained, they called the police and said i argued with cleaning lady and i never had one day of service. The police officer believed me, i showed him the BED BUGS in a plastic bag i collected them in, the officer seen many boxes and suitcases then asked if i needed up to 3 hours to pack. Joel from guest service very cold insensitive along with ceo Wayne. I tell everyone i come in contact with never to stay at motel 6 because they are infested with BED BUGS . Wayne is a BIG FAT LIAR!!! Wayne needs to be fired . He is the trash man. i will be contacting Mr. Jim Amorosia president and CEO or Alan Rabinowitz executive vice president of motel 6. I will appear in front of motel 6 with the BED BUGS in a plastic bag to show the world with news 8 on your side that motel 6 is infested with BED BUGS.

Message from Claimant: Mr. Lewis and Beverly Lee needs to be refunded and compensated for damages, pay me for my time. He is very upset at motel 6 for bad service, Bed Bugs, and the way i was treated by the ceo of motel 6 Wayne.
