I was around the chemicals in the air and contaminated soil. I would like to file a claim. I have diabetes which may have been cause from the chemicals. Damages caused by PCBs into the air and soil. The company knew it was releasing PCBs into the atmosphere, knew the hazards and did nothing to stop the discharges, and did not take appropriate measures to protect the residents in western Anniston. They concealed environmental violations. Injustices in environmental did occur."
