Claimant says:
"I had called Scott Stidham owner to get mold taken care of in my crawl space. He came out and gave me an estimate of 9,500 to do the job. I turned into my insurance company. I got check for job. The only thing he has done is wash some of the things in my home. I had a busted pipe that needed to be fixed and he said he would fix because I was getting another company to do both jobs (pipe and mold] Well when his helpers got under house they told him my whole sewer line was cracked and he said he could not fix that. I had to get a plumber to come out it was not the sewer line just the line he said he would fix and I had to pay plumber $700. I like a dumb person had to have my mortgage company sign check plus I had to sign plus Scott. I gave him the whole check except for my deductible. Their has been nothing done I am getting sick from the mold in my house My bathroom floor is about to go down into my crawlspace. He kept changing days that he was coming to finish the job and now they have called and said he was in a car accident and would be out of work for 6 months. He was always doing other jobs and could not get to mine and I understand now because he was already paid for mine why hurry. I e-mailed Howard Ain and he told me to call you immediately and for you to intervene with him I am on a fixed income and can not pay another 8,00 to get this taken care of. Is there anyway for me to get to get taken care of. my address is 10 Hudson Ave Franklin,Ohio 45005 my phone is 937-321-2244 What do I do to get this taken care."
