Claimant says:
"I was a client to Lori Lujan and her supervisor, and was treated horribly. The clients that Lori was represented were also treated badly and that is why they terminated her services. Lori was very rude, dissrespectful and very unprofessional. When I complained to her supervisor, my complaint went unresolved and ignored. I will never deal with that company again, or recommend them to anyone. She was late to all three appointments she had with me, and always had an excuse. When I was told to go to the office to meet with her nobody was there and she insisted her receptionist was there and she wasn't. So I was made to wait for over 30 minutes while Lori to show up. I was charged 200.00 dollars for not signing termination papers on time, even though I showed up when I was told to."
