Claimant says:
"I rented my condo to Michelle in March for 3 days, for 150.00 deposit, and $275.00 per night with the understanding that certain rules applied, which were laid out and discussed and everyone was clear. One was that there were only to be three people here at any given time, and no parties! There was a time crunch so they gave me a check when they arrived and it went immediately into the bank. I had complaints from the neighbors, the manager of the complex, the police, and when i came to check there were at least 8 or more kids staying here, so i evicted them. they had trashed y house, my furniture was moved outside etc. They stopped payment on the check and i have tried to get them to pay, even reducing the amount to 500. but to no avail. Please help me get my money. Even the officer on the scene has called them , and they say they'll get in touch with me and they dont. I'm exasperated. They owe me $825.00. Also my garage door opener was lost."
