Claimant says:
"I purchased a 2004 land rover, Range Rover with not so good credit, but with a 3,000 dollar down payment. My credit is not so good, so the finance company had limited time to void the contract; which they did two weeks later on 5/28/13 purchase date was 5/15/13. After being told to bring the car back to Migente motors, we were unable to reach an agreement on an in-house finance deal. At that point I did not find any other automobile of my liking. Thats when I asked for my full deposit in full, I was denied and later the police were called. We finnally reached a partial agreement and a 1,789 dollar check was issued back to me as partial payment. I am now seeking my 1,211 dollar balance of my original down payment."
