  • the onsite manager is trying to blame me for the bedbug problem. i talked with the health dept..and was told..no one came blame just one person. heat treatment does not always work. each month there is a new tenant getting their unit treated and the records from the pest company will attest to this...epidemic.

  • i have contacted nine agencies about the threat to evict me. the problem lies with the management not the tenant who have become victims of the callus attitude of the problem and trying to place blame on me. I have gathered 15 apartment units that have been infected. on the floor above and below my unit....

  • the responses to this problem have been fast. i was visited by the division of social services for the city and they took a report about the matter. This harassment goes under their guide lines as Elder Abuse and bad treatment to attempt to tell me that i was the cause of the infestation in this complex. I am grateful for their assistance.

  • I am being treated unfairly by the management where I reside. They are trying to evict me based upon a bedbug infestation that I have no control over. the pest company also issued slanderous remarks to my on-site manage suggesting the epidemic is my fault because they had to repeatedly treat my other units.

  • the manager of the complex black mailed another tenant to say that i broke out a window on the property. the person was threatened with eviction in ten days if the did not comply. this is another attempt to evict me. as its a violation of the lease agreement. other tenants have violated the lease agreement and they were allowed to stay. i have their names upon request.
