"I won a bid on bid4assets.com where she posted the timeshare on July 17,2011. By October I received a note from the timeshare management informing me that Ms StFluer had not paid her maintenance fees, taxes or filed a proper transfer of deed and they could not proceed with transfer until those items were taken care of. At this point, I also lost my usage week for 2011 of which I paid for . I am requesting a full refund of the $1744 I paid for the winning bid, the value of the week usage and postage."

  • Ms.St Fleur,

    I have attached the back tax information from the timeshare management company stating your obligations and also the deed showing your ownership in the timeshare.

    Below you will find the returned letter pack with the "original deed" that was sent to you and sat in your box for 2 weeks by USPS,and was then sent back to me because you did not claim it!

    Once again another excuse you are throwing out there to delay my refund.

    There is really NO reason receiving the contract should be an issue…as you know we re-deeded the timeshare to you and you have that, as it was sent to you by the Osceola County Recorder, attached you will find the deed and filing fees.

    The original contract is null and void and has no meaning. You are just stalling again.

    However, I will re-send the original contract but I am NOT going to pay for extra shipping costs again. If you would like the contract sent to you via fedex I will need a physical address because they do not deliver to PO Boxes.

    Let me know asap how you would like to receive the null and void contract. I will also remind you that the posting date on the website will be December 31,2011 if I have not received my settlement by this time, today is the 28th, so I would suggest you send the refund via cashiers check and certified mail or overnight fedex.
