Claimant says:
"I went to Panama because of an appeal to help a team of guys , with cash to purchase machinery to dredge and collect gold nuggets from the river and streams in Panama. I met Pedro who is the President of Machu Picchu Inc.

He requested $2,000 to purchase the machinery that would make the job much quicker and more efficient.

Apart from my airline flight ticket expense, car rental and the cost of living expenses for 2 weeks living in Panama, I gave Pedro $2000 in cash to purchase the machine to dredge the gold along with an additional $150 cash via Western Union, of which I have receipts and signed contract with witnesses to my payments and promises.

However after returning home from Panama, Pedro spoke with me periodically in regards to oil deals, but for the last six months, he refuse to communicate with me and has not given me any money or returns on our agreed investment."

  • Now that you know what I am talking about, thats good, I will send you my banking details so that you can wire transfer the money to me that you and your crooked Indian partner received from me, in total $2150. I can absorb my travel and living expenses, now that you remember, I just want my money that I gave to you.

  • You are a better curser than I am maybe, but this is not what this claim is about, to be exact I told you in the last communication to send the $2000 you owe me, if that make you feel insulted then be insulted. You pretend to forget so easily.

Any other claim was my rights because we had a contract that was agreed for profits to be shared, anything that prevented that should have been explained, but you chose to remain silent for almost 5 - 6 months without a single word even though I tried to reach you by phone, e-mail and skype. So now all of a sudden you want a shout down, curse out affair, but I am not interested in that sought of thing, I am not like that. But I just cant allow you to keep silent, and keep my money without profit or without you returning it to me.
