Claimant says:
"Manuel Lopaz, put a new roof on my home in Aug,2017,after 8 month i start seeing water spots on my ceiling,I called manuel and he came and look at it,he said that nothing was wrong with the ceiling that the leaves from the trees made the ceiling leak,so he push the leaves off and said it was alright. i called State Farm and they sent an adjuster Mr. Preze and he said that some seams came loose and that Manuel needed to come back and fix what came loose ,well a few days later it rain again but harder and the water came down in buckets my floors were flooding with water,i call him again which was May 28,he said he was on vacation in Mexico when he get back he would come,he never did. even the Ins adjuster Mr. Praze called him on several times he talked to him bad, and said he was not going to fix it. so the insurance requested and paid for a tarp to be put on my roof,after i went to bbb, and file a claim he called,and came by, he said i put the tarp on my roof that i broke my contract and the tarp was going to damage the room,he was not going to touch it.now i am scared if he get on my roof he will damage it more,cause he keep saying the tarp and roofing tack is putting holes in my roof."
