  • Lincoln Hardship took my money and reniged on it promise to help me reduce my mortgage to a manageable monthly payment. When I tried to contact them abou my service, they had conventiently stop taking calls, and never responded to my requests. I need my funds returned.

  • lincoln heartship relief website is shut down!! there is a phony recording when you call the office stating to email owen.g@lincolnheartshiprelief.com. it states they are not taking any new clients but will work with the old ones! I emailed him and my mail was returned to me!!!! I dont know what to do!!!!!!!!

  • I too was an employee for Lincoln Hardship Relief and realized what they are doing to innocent people is really wrong and couldn't stand being around the environment. Giving customers no real address, changing names, taking poor people money without good services? No for me. What they do is legit and is really an audit company, but how the managers handle the business is very unorganized and phony which is why customers are being upset when they are calling for information and get no response. I would like to apologize as well to all customers who are having problems and that is why I left because I couldn't be apart of a weak built company and have my name listed as their employee. Embarrassing.

  • First I would like to appologize to you two. I worked for Lincoln briefly. It didn't take me long to figure that this opperation was a scam. Once I did I immediately quit the job. They are not located in Houston Texas. They are located at 1212 Broadway Ave suite 250, Santa Ana, California, 92701. I was amazed in the two weeks I was there the amount of people hired and fired. They have set up a boiler room operation. Samuel Morgan and John Alexander obvious alias's are the owners or part owners. Samuel Morgan's real name is Sourna Labbaf I was unable to find out what John's name. John Alexander's cell phone number is 949-466-7920. Hopefully this will assits you guys in going after these scam artist. Also look up the business liscense in Houston and you will see that the owner lives in Lake Forest, CA.

  • I too am a victim of Lincoln Harshp Relief. They did the same exact thing. They too me for $990 usd. I suggest that anyone who fell for their scam do as I plan on doing and that is to contact you state's Attorney General's office and file a complaint with them and then if no relief I plan on going to the police and the District Attorney in my area and giling a complaint and if there is any federal agency like the banking commision I plan on going to them. I also an going to report them to HUD.
