"I contacted Harry Bushspies to sell my things in auction in late January. The day he was here he was uncontrolable racing through the house like he was in a candy store. I could not keep up with him and his 2 workers, he was pulling things from everywhere. After he left I noticed that he took all the jewelry and my 2 gold rings and my grandfathers watch and some other items that I didn't want him to sell. I am loosing my house due to 3 years back taxes, I am a widow and a victim of crime. All of which he knew. That night I called him up and I told him that I wanted some items back because I didn't realize they were gone until he left. He said "that can be arranged, but remeber it will take away from the value of the sale". I gave him so many antiques and old vintage things. My girlfriend goes on line and noticed that he has a bad reputation for selling old lady's things with no one in attendance. She looked further back and found some bad reviews people complaining that he was a thief and a crook. Then an article that he bad mouthed a town mayor at one of his auctions. People were hissing and booing him to stop the auction but he didn't nd sold everything for dirt cheep. Now keep in mind he only took all my good stuff and said that he has to take the bad stuff too. He left with a large truckload of my very good things. he started to nasty over the phone and told me "you should rip up your contract make it null and void , "you are nothing but trouble anyway". and you can have all your stuff back. I then said fine and I will get a truck have my cousin Jason drive it. My cousin, Jason called him up and told him we are coming to pick up the stuff, he went buszerk on him and accused him of being on drugs. I have the tape recording of him telling me all about his bad experience with Harry. Along the way, his phone calling and kept postponing the dates for me to come and pick up my things and I have plenty of emails to and from him in regard to this matter. I contacted his main Boss of the reality to where he works, Larry Ginsburg and I sent him all the emails, he talked to Harry and said to him "she has the right to get back some of her things" I tried to contact my police station and then the Northampton police and the Allentown police and went to my magistrate. I have no money so I went to Northeast Penn attorneys and a legal aide heard what I had to say and he wrote Harry a letter regarding all above stating I will pick my things up this morning on July 25th. I called the attorney and he said to go there anyway to pay him the $340.00 so I can get my stuff back. He is convienently on vaction and emailed me that my stuff is up in auction already. Very well knowing that I wanted everything back. This is an arragent, greedy and despicable person and has no values and is out for what he can get. He charged me $300.00 for picking up my belongings and said to me that night "that his truck almost broke down and I should charge you $250.00 for getting it fixed, I said "Harry you had the truck overfilled", imagine that, with all the arguing on the phone, him calling me up at 1:00 in the morning and stating boo hoo hoo about hurting my cousins feelimgs. I went through the mill with this man and I am furious that he has done this to me knowing that he said I can have them back. All the inuwindows and snide remarks. I asked him to give me $1000. so I can pay this months of back taxes, he said "I have to access your stuff and then we will see" . I called up another auctioneer Mr. Teal that evening and explained it all to him, for he was willing to go to pick my stuff up from Harry, he first said no but then he said "he needed a statement from me and I would need to be there". I said "no problem".
I told Mr. Teal he charged me $300.00 for that day and he said "boy that was high". I also asked him with all my belongings in your possesion would you have lent me $1000. He said "of course, absolutely I would". I gave him between some 40 to 50 thousand dollars woth of antigues, many old pictures stereo cards, viwers records, marbles, paper mache things, just so many items. I have plenty of emails saying that he has terminated his association with me. Now he is selling everything and there is so many complaints about this auctioneer. I will proceed after this to tell the Auctioneer Guild of America as well. If I had money for an attorney I would really sue him for he deserves it. I am not a hostile person but I am belived. As he was going around my house pulling out things from everywhere I had a book on my counter I was reading he wanted that and wanted to take my shovel. It was January and I said "no" andhe found a can with pennies and said to his boy "make sure you take that maybe there is a good penny in there". I said to him whom will that be contributed too you or me" and looked at me dumb founded. At one point in our conversation he said before he can auction my stuff he needed 5 more truckloads of more stuff". I said, "how could you possible do this to me for he left me with all the bad stuff he never took". and he l=kept on saying "the good with the bad" well that was a load of crap."

THIS HAS BEEN OVER 6 MONTHS I AM TIRED AND HE SAID "CONTRACT NULL AND VOID AND I AM NOTHING BUT TROULBE." I HAVE AN EMAIL STATING THIS CONTRACT IS OVER .
