Claimant says:
"Hello my name is Harold Medley I have a 10-year-old and risk granddaughter and I'm having problems with at the Allen Academy that I am trying to stop from falling through the cracks but it seems that the Leona Group don't care because I am not important enough for them to return my calls. My granddaughter was expelled from school on April 2, 2014 without a proper investigation she has been in trouble before for being rude and talking back to teachers I explained to her it is not her place to correct the teacher she's only do what they say and let me come and find out any wrong or right done against her. I have the expulsion sheet which has a one sided story with the girls admitting she twisted my Ke'Asia arm to keep her from pulling her hair but she never said my granddaughter pulled her hair my granddaughter said nothing because I had instructed her if there was trouble it was up to us to find out what happened. This being no tolerance environment I feel both student should have been expelled from school parents called in for a meeting and that being the point where the investigation was done when I ask for meeting with this Mr. Thomas brought my granddaughter and had her tell her version of what happened he said that the scenario change but he had already running investigation she didn't tell him that at the time that she told her mother she never talk to her mother so he lied to me at this point I feel he is a man with no integrity because you lied to me then he said there was nothing that was going to be changed because she didn't defend herself his investigation in which she was not allowed any type of representation I feel this was totally unfair he is a dean in a charter school system in which we have Dean's under investigation right now for being predators up on young women trading sex for drugs why should I feel any different about him and these men he's a liar so I feel his Morels are on the same line the purpose of the charter schools were to give the children a chance to find ways of being successful in life but it seems they are being forced to deal with people in positions who have mindset such as this Mr. Thomas who is not a nurturer but a predator I truly hope that the Leona group will wake up and protect our children from people like him and his fellow deans."
