Claimant says:
"These people raided my bank account! I responded to their ad by phone for a "special offer", I did not go on their website, the woman that took my order never informed me of the 14-day term policy. I never ordered any other product, but between the period of 12/15/16 and 1/9/17 I was charged a total of $ 689.27 and on 1/13/17 a total of $268.10 on that single day. Please see attached claim letter I sent my bank. The bank investigated and said that because of the 14-day policy they could do nothing. The Consumer Protection people told me that yes this is a clear fraud, but they also could do nothing. Please see attached claim letter itemizing the charges and the company's 14-day policy"
