"Paid $22000 upfront at Lake Worth Family Dentistry owned by Dr. Stein. The district manager T.J. Shulman insisted all monies paid before in full before dental work should start. Dr. Meskin started treatment one week later and abandoned the office three months later. I have since contacted Dr. Meskin, and he explained he left Lake Worth Family Dentistry due to T.J. Shulman failure to pay for his services. LWFD has abandoned me as a patient, refuses to finish my dental treatment, has called the Green Acres police to ban me from the premises, and filed a protection order so I am unable to communicate with the persons involved to complete my work on my dental implants which when I met with Dr. Meskin a few months ago my implants have never been ordered being a cat scan is an absolute must. Please help me to resolve this matter as soon as possible so I proceed with my implants at Affordable Dentures in June of 2010. Thank you."
