Claimant says:
"When I seen a 2004 Honda it had new tires, air condition and radio was working and that Tune up and oil change was done . Agreement was for me to give 1,200.00 down, When I picked the car up they asked for additional 300... more due to Westlake financial requesting 1,500.00. When i took the car home I returned the next day due to Air conditioning and radios had stop working. I was told by Johnathan Garcia Mgr. co-owner's son in law, to leave car and they would have it checked
Co-owner stated that when he drove the car the air was working. 5 days later I was to pick up car.
And when I got there they said they could not any problem and that the tire where the same tires it had when I had checked out the car. Before I lest I had asked for the two plates and they told me I only needed. one. Called them 3 times to reminded them about the continuous problems and they stated I would get a discount. 2 days later my boyfriend was pulled over due to not having front plates. therefore my car was impounded. I call Johnathan (mgr) and he would get back to me. After A couple of they they harassed me over the phone that I needed to go walnut and get paper work to get the car out. Per Jonathan Car owner from dealer would lend me 700.00 to get it out of the impound. And I was told by Jonathan that at the police station he was told car was impounded for careless driving. I was told that the car did not have the front plate. I called then 2 months later letting them know that I continued to have other Issues with car and I was unable to open driver's door and problems with air bags.

I also notified Westlake financial about ongoing issues, I was told they could not do anything. that I had to go back to Dealer. Dealer moved."
