"Please see attached letter my Co-owner and I Owner sent La Mesa, and the Manufacture of the Travel Trailer, Cruiser RV a letter (see attached). I don't want to Drive from Miami Again and Since their repair shop Is so incompetent, I just want to get my trailer repaired close to my home, and as of yet La Mesa is very uncooperative. I spoke to Mr Javier Castro of La Mesa Corporate Office in Indiana and he seems to think that it is my responsibility to Call for approval to get service for my travel trailer in Miami. I have already spent approx. $200 in gas and wear and tear on my truck. And my trailer still has a lot of issues they failed to repair"

  • I am appalled that La Mesa's RV Corporate Office (J Castro) continues to pacify and ignored the issue at hand. I bought a Travel Trailer with them and it was a complete and utter disaster and mistake. I have had nothing, but problems with the travel trailer; and their repair shop (incompetence), in Fort Myers, Florida. I bought this travel trailer on 5/17/14 in good faith. The dealers fee ($795.00) was to give us a travel trailer with no mechanical issues and free of any problems or repairs. I took the trailer back for repairs in June of 2014 and La mesa kept it for 3 weeks. Unfortunately, the Corporate office wants me to take it back to La Mesa for repairs again. And we are refusing, because last time I took it to their repair shop we had more problems to deal with (Roof Leak), and I refuse to spend another $187.00 on gas, wear and tear on my truck. Next time I will do more research on purchasing an RV!! La Mesa RV dealership was a big mistake! They don't stand by their motto "CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS THEIR #1 goal" I tried to resolve this issue in good faith but it's obvious they have no ideal what that means!!! I refuse to allow this RV Dealer (La Mesa) to worsen the issues with my trailer, and continue to take my time and hard earned money!!!

  • "I understand your frustration. However, the manufacturer does insists on its procedures being followed when securing warranty service. Again, we are ready to assist in repairing your coach when you are ready to make an appointment and bring it to us. More than that, we cannot do. Thank you."
