Claimant says:
"Krystal Logistics is one of many cargo forwarders based in Miami which forwards merchandise to Latin American countries. Bad business practices, bad tracking of packages, probable no security control. Since December 2016 they cannot account for merchandise sent to a bookstore in Republic of Panama. There exist tracking number receipts by the USPS that the merchandise was received in their warehouse in Miami and a Krystal Logistics warehouse receipt indicating acceptance of the merchandise plus pictures of the boxes inside the warehouse. The bookstore never received the merchandise and Krystal in Miami is playing dumb and refusing to answer inquiries. Those mail forwarders in Miami like Krystal Logistics are notoriously irresponsible."
