Claimant says:
"On may 12th,2012 kpd was dispatched out on a suicude call. My husband marcus williams sr. was contemplating suicude on the I-275 western ave bridge. Officers reported to me his wife that while attempting to talk him down that he jumped. This was also reported to the general public. As I requested futher information, none was given to me from your office. I had to pay for a video pulled from one the officers cruiser. As I view the video according to a officer he actually slipped and tried to hang on. The officer also makes it very clear that no one tried to help because he was a big boy and would have taken one of them down with him. Along with laughter and a lot of inappropriate remark remarks and jokes from the officers I find this to be irresponsible coming from officers who have sworn an oath to protect and serve. His death certificate reads suicide. He left behind 6 children who one day will search for truth, which was mot told by these officers and so much more took place, I feel I was treated very rudely as his wife. I was lied to about his death, I was lied to about receiving my car from the impound without payment, a officer told me he would pick me up to go search the car for a suicide note, never happened. This was a very stressful situation made all the worse by kpd."
