Claimant says:
"I bought a 2013 Nissian Altma in January 2015. I went to try to trade it on May 15th 2017 and the dealership and I was asked if i ever had accident with it and I informed him that I have not had an accident. The Gilli Hyde sales man pulled up the car fax and found out it had been in an accident before I bought it.  I did call the sales man that I bought it from and left a message to call me back and he refused to call me back. In the state of Kentucky it is the law that they have to tell you that it was involved in an accident. I pulled up the car fax and it says that the VIN has 19 records"

"Maybe you should follow Judge Easton of Hardin Circuit Court's advice and take the matter to the street. I have made signs and am pulling them around town exposing their unlawful conduct. Another party Pat protested on the sidewalk. Her problems sounded a lot like yours . After a few days they were willing to request her to bring them the keys and they refunded her money."
