"I feel this Company has sold me and my Fiancee a bunch of lies and dreams that will never come true. We purchased a timeshare from them back in May 2012 and I am not pleased with the services that have been rendered to us. I have tried calling and complaining and the blame just keeps being pushed from department to department. No one wants to take responsibilities for their actions. I have documentation of my concerns and contact information of those whom I have attempted to contact to resolve this issue. Last time I did speak with someone was the Legal Department and that's been over 3 weeks ago and now I can no longer get a response from them. At this point we would like to be let out of the contract completely but dont know who to talk to anymore about this matter."
