"Kyle ketterer d.b.a k and k heating asked for payment in advance for a new furnace instalment in November of 2011. Still has not installed and will not return money. also did some other work and fraudulently did not replace parts charged for. want immediate return of money and would like to see him in jail for fraud, as I am not the only one he has done this to.

Various addresses, 98 wiley, buffalo and 96 madison ave, lackawana, 9159 erie rd apt 20, angola and a residence in central buffalo, all in the state of new york. numbers used; 716-536-3916 and 844-8040. says he is fully licenced and insured. registered with BBB of Buffalo but NOT A MEMBER. i have other people that he has done this to and would like to hear from anyone else that has been scammed by Kyle. I can supply proof upon valid request."
