Claimant says:
"On or about August 21, 2014, Mr. Cunningham asked one of the employees he supervises (Lidia Sortore) at Gold's Gym on Chapman Highway in Knoxville, TN to cancel my personal training sessions. I paid $688.00 for those sessions and wanted to train specifically with Ms. Sortore because she was a friend, and I signed up with her because, according to her sister, she had been losing clients and I wanted to help her. I never intended for those sessions to be cancelled and never expected or wanted to train with anyone other than Lidia. Apparently Mr. Cunningham didn't like the fact that Lidia and I were friends and he asked her to cancel my sessions."
