Claimant says:
"On 6/19/2011 I signed a contract with Jeffrey Witt, buying from him the domain i-watchtvshows.com for the price of $2500. Jeffrey Witt transferd much of the domain to me, but not all of it. The hosting was never transfered into my hosting account. I repeatedly asked him to transfer the hosting to my hosting and he did not. On or about July 5th 2011 the site crashed, rendering it valueless.

First; I asked Jeff Witt for my money back, and he refused to refund my money.

Second; I contacted Paypal and filed a complaint about the transaction not being completed. I found out that Paypal does not consider any claims involving digital, or internet issues.

Third; I have written Jeff Witt numerous e-mails asking him what he intendes to do about my crashed site....telling him I cannot access the site because I do not control the hosting...he does. He has not responded.

What I want: the site restored to the condition it was in when I bought it from him...or my money back."

  • I disagree with the explanation / grounds provided

    "I have sent an email to the administrator email with screenshots from paypal where he has already been proven to not have a case. I signed over the site to him, gave him the epp key, which is like the title to a car, or the deed to a property, and fully transferred the site to his domain, and into his possession. The site is NO LONGER IN MY NAME, and I am not liable. Please read the emails I Sent to the admin email for your company"
