Claimant says:
"This Dr. damaged my vocal cords during surgery leaving me barely able to breathe and unable to speak. He also left a wire sticking into my collar bone causing me months of horrible pain that led me to emergency room and private care Dr. plus months of physical therpy to heal a "wire" no one knew was there EXCEPT this Dr. He was aware because he ordered the CT scan that found it BUT never bothered to tell me or anyone else. I only recently found out about the wire but my statue of limitations is running out very fast, like in 2 more months, so I am filing this as no attorneys will take this without another DR stating first DR did a wrong doing but every DR I ask said they did not feel comfortable doing this...it's unethical
I just want him to pay for my pain and suffering for the last 2 years plus what i will have to go thru the rest of my life. With the paralized vocal cords i will never be able to do anything physical agin, never swim, ride a bike, play ball with my grandchildren nothing physical ever agin!!!"
