Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I went to J C Penny to make a purchase July 2013 and was asked by the clerk if I wanted to increase my credit. I told her yes and I was approved. I had received my JC Penny bill and noticed my purchases were not on my statement. I paid the minimum on line. And the next day I received another statement for another account which I did not approve of. The clerk asked me if I wanted an increase not another account. I was deceived. I called JCP and asked why I received another bill when I just paid them online. JCP said I was responsible for the 2nd account. I told them I was deceived. I would not had gotten an increase if had to get another account."
