Claimant says:
"Product ordered was part of a Publishers Clearing House offer. Product was received late which did not let me try it before cancelling. When I did so, I was told I was a day late. I still have the product which requires return, but am not doing so until I receive my Visa credit of $78.41. The company has a 4 page disclosure agreement which is at a minimum, cofusing, at at worst a fraudulent policy. Total misrepresentation. I believe that PCH is equally at fault and should be censured. Visa should also disassociate from PCH and their advertisers."
