Claimant says:
"On Feb 25th, 2016 I went to Isleta Casino. I arrived at 6:25pm and walked around looking for some cheap slots to play, I kept this up for several hours not having any luck. I brought over $100.00 from home. Sometime between 10 and 11:00pm a security guard told me that I was
being watched and that I was taking Isletas money. He asked for my ID and I showed it to him. He spoke into a mike on his collar. I showed him the stack of $1.00 bills in my purse. I told him that I have cataracts and can not see very well so I have to bend close to the slots to see if they are cheap to play or expensive. I asked to see the manager and a short, heavy set Hispanic man
and the head manager a black man with long hair came and all 3 told me that I was taking money that belonged to Isleta. I tried to explain that I was taking out my own money not the
casinos..
I cashed in my own tickets from the $1.00 bills that I played in each cheap slot. They never showed me any security film or took me in a room away from the other people playing close by
I told them that I 'm 74 and that I have high blood pressure. I could have suffered a stroke or a
major heart attack. I told the security officer that I could punch him in the (bad word) mouth."

    I would suggest that the casino compensate her for her perceived public humiliation with a nice meal or two, some gaming credits, and perhaps a helpful employee to accompany her for an hour or so to help her find where the cheap slots are located. More...
