Claimant says:
"I started working for this security company on or about January 2013 They told me that they would take money out of my check for my guard card which is required to work as a security guard .They took the money out of my check but I never received my guard card. So I called the main office and ask where is my card but they kept giving me the run around. So I called the Department on Public Safety and ask if they have any paperwork for my guard card from Imperial Guard Svc and they said no. So I called Imperial Guard Svc again and ask where is my card; to this day I have not received my card nor an explanation nor my money back. This company has also defamed me as well as slandered my name."
