"Ordered June 29,2011
First new windows installed 2 windows, July 5,2011. Both windows sliding open-close for $1499,85. Salesman sold us windows stating the windows would not water spot. The slider part on windows do water spot. The top part doesn't seem to spot. The front room window is tempered & the salesman told us that there was a problem with low E & tempered glass on the slider that was probably causing the water spotting. I pointed out the rubber strip that holds the screen in place was on the outside of both windows. Salesman said that screens were built backwards. When we ordered 4 more windows on Fri. June 20,2014 I brought the above to the salesman attention. Salesman name is Stacey Miller. Second new windows installed, 2 solid windows (not sliders) in front room, 1 slider in bedroom and one slider in bathroom. Cost $3332.98 on July 14,2014. I watched installers remove & install the 2 solid windows in front room. It looked like they knew what they were doing so I went about my own work around the house & yard and didn't pay any attention to them after that. They finished up with the other 2 windows and asked my wife how they did? She told them fine & she thought they were polite and friendly. Her comment was about them not the windows. They did not ask me to walk thru what they did, all they wanted was my signature and to go home. If I would have walked thru their work with them & noticed the difference in the windows I would have not signed or wrote them a check. When I ordered these windows with Stacey Miller I was under the impression they would be the same as we ordered from them the first time. I wanted all our window to be the same. Stacey did not tell me our windows this time would be different. I called and spoke with the owner and all it turned out to be was a yelling match. I have called trying to be nice and now they will not return my calls. I would like the 2 sliders to be replaced so they match the first 2 installed. They should address the water spotting problem and they should also make the screens secure not pass thru screens which I had never heard of or was given that option to order or not."
