Claimant says:
"For the past year I have been receiving harassing, threatening and obscene phone calls from this individual on my Business Line at work. Two police records have been filed with the Harris County Police Department and I have saved over a half dozen obscenity laden recordings on my business office recording line.

She has been told repeatedly by both Harris County PD as well as myself to Cease and Desist and yet she cotinues. I am told by other individuals that she has called them while intoxicated or under the influence of something and has also done the same thing to them, however, not on their Business telephone lines.

The phone calls stopped for a short time, bur have now started up again, on a weekly basis. I am sending this as a last ditch effort to make them aware that my next step is to file criminal charges for Terroristic Threats and to contact TREC, The Texas Real Estate Commission to notify them that as a former licensee, of her conduct should she ever wish to renew her license, then she will need to explain this to the Texas Real Estate Commission as well."
