Claimant says:
"Jack Stockton of Hollywood Studios Media Center bought rhinestone shirts to include with his service package for the kids he contracts with and never paid our invoice. A collection agency was trying to contact him and he ignored every call and email. He stated he wanted to exchange the cost of my invoice and provide a "demo" for my daughter but we told him we did not want to do that. We were already unsatisfied with the services we already paid for, ($1000) and an additional $150 for Christmas pictures that had to be extensively edited due to the quality. The Hollywood "auditions" which we were told our daughter was definitely getting called back in for representation never happened."

  • Hi Lana- I was under the impression we were going to come to an in trade agreement for the shirts. Now that I have received this I will respond with an offer to make you happy.

  • You knew from the collection attempts I just wanted to be paid for the invoice, which was discounted from the start. Please just send a cashier's check or money order to our address prior to the 20th. I would appreciate it. Total amount now due is $526.01 due to the other costs I have incurred, not including my time. Thank you.

  • Lana- I am writing you this to give you notice to cease and assist in your disgruntled slanderous outbursts that have NO merit. I will bring my top clients to prove that what you said is unfair and should be met with legal action. You can NOT change your mind after an agreement that we had made and then turn around and say the things you are saying. 


    Again this is my attempt to let you know to stop all negative comments regarding myself or my companies.
