Claimant says:
"My truck blew an engine in Yukon OK. I contacted High Springs about a replacement engine. They contacted the dealer to ensure I was purchasing the right one. After finally getting the engine shipped to dealer it was not the right engine for my truck.

High Springs claimed it'd be another $1100 for the right engine. I paid the additional $$ several weeks ago and cannot get a straight answer on shipment of the new engine. The owner refuses to tell me anything, refuses to communicate. Only after I barrage him with phone or txt does he tell me he's working on it with no indication of what that means.

He then tells me to stop calling him and to wait until I hear from him. Again with no additional information. I have no idea when or if I'll ever get the right engine. I've asked repeatedly for status or a refund if they cannot provide the correct engine."
