Claimant says:
"I pay your entire families garbage and water bill and have since Dec. 2010. You never offer any help and get angry when I suggest you do so. I am not responsible for your debts, and being a sibling doesn't make me responsible. The garbage is paid up until Aug. 2012. That's a total of $180.00 paid and your 1/2 is $90.00. God help you when we settle the water, all I asked was a 70/30 split in summer and a 60/40 split in winter, that seemed beyond your ability. Yet if Warrior River Water was billing you, would you get angry with them? But instead, I, trying to help, try and do a noble and good thing, I offered to have my grass cut every 2 weeks by your family, yet in the past 2 months that has only happened twice. No, the first time I paid Carey $40.00 to cut it!!! Whenever I ask about it I am told, " Oh you have to remind us we forget." But you don't forget how to run that bath water or run the water to wash clothes. Watering the plants is a wonderful tranquil luxury. Having running water to make money bathing dogs helps you out a whole lot to hopefully someday really soon start your business, and I so hope you get a business so you will see just how both sides really work. But with you being a landlord you should already have a better understanding. As usual your hot headed temper runs your actions. I was so quick to help with the water drama b/c the rentor was publicly dogging you....THANKS FOR THE SAME RESPECT! When, if I know what is going on have I ever left Carey unpaid for his work?? Steven got paid that night! B/c that is the person I am. Just b/c I did not want to hear you justify Dawns b.s. didnt mean I would not have made right any wrongs. Carey and I can talk just fine with one another. We have the maturity it takes to talk, and if I was to ask him to leave he would with out all the b.s. AS WOUDL I. When u are in sme elses place it is their right to ask you to leave, I had all I could take at that moment and I did not still do not want to hear you defend that immature poostarter wh keeps it stirring cause she likes the way it smells, UNTIL IT'S HER FAMILY HURTNG. One day your gonna see it for what it really is. Unless you continue to thrive in it yourself. Yes protect a potential petifile, but dont give me a chance to fix a family problem, no, I only get the chance if it's fixing yours! Think about all I have said. COOL OFF AND READ IT AGAIN. YOU WERE UNFAIR TO ME, AND RUDE TO SAY THE THINGS YOU DID TO THE GIRLS AND HAD AS MUCH A PART IN THE PAIN THAT DAY AS THE OTHER ONE DID. That is their feelings. Do not pick them up and drive them anywhere. The best thing for us is solving these matters and some time apart. We need to figure out if we are family or not. Once AND FOR ALL. The back n forth is as much crap as the back n forth with the other person. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH WITH US ALL!"
