Claimant says:
"i just open the 11-15-2016 new credit card machine from HARBOR TOUCH also sales person name is ISMAEL REYES. HE'S PHONE NUMBER is (210)387-2650.When I open the account I as to him how I can cancel the contact he told me 30days and he writing the contact paper and after I sign the paper I request to him copy but he wasn't gave to me I'll bring to you tomorrow but he wasn't show up. I try use couple 2weeks but they wasn't gave to me fund they just hold the my process money and they take out the fee almost every day and then I asking the sales person he don't no about the why and then he call the HARBOR TOUCH and they said 2006 I open the account with them and I owe the money to them that's why they hold money 620.00 plus they charge to me about the pin pad include that amount but when I open sales person said he gone a take care of that but he wasn't do that. I call the company and I explain to them but they not understand me only they said if I want cancel the contact they don't have 30days return policy and if still I want cancel the contact they charge the early termination fee 1200.00 each machine so that mean is I got 2machine total 2400.00 but 1marchine I just got the 11-28-2016 also I'm not even open the box and I'm not even connect it but they want still early termination too. first thing I cannot trust the this company and sales person because he talk me everything lie(30days cancel,shipping cost,pin pad cost,company hold all traction money,each times take out the fee,sales person lie) also I ask to company and sales person if I using the this machine I can get the fund back each process they said I don't no so how can I trust them also when they hold money they wasn't gave to me any notice. I think they just still people money like that. I want talk they manager but they not connect manager at all.please help me as soon as possible thank you."
