Claimant says:
"I have a big glob of rubber in the top of my head, my hair entangled in it due to what they did and cannot get out unless I cut my hair out 1 inch above my scalp. Hair was approximately 6-8 inches long and now this. On Saturday August 25th, 2012 the employees at Hairclub in Columbia, Md. tried for 2 hours to resolve my situation and nothing but excuses such as my hair is matted. They suggested cutting it out after ripping some of my hair out trying to get it out, I have the proof in my possession (hair with the glue in it). I had pictures taken before I went to them with my situation because I realize things don't always work in your favor. I feel as though I should be compensated for the hair loss and suffering due to their mistakes. I didn't even get an apology!"
