Claimant says:
"Follow the advise from Attorney General Pam Bondi to send a complaint to your attention,because my wife and me went to Gus Machado Ford at Kendall office ,looking for a use car (Bring brochures sent by Gus Machado) however the salesman start a process for new vehicle .I deliver to him two differents Credit Reports one Transunion the other Experian,beside my verbal communication that i'm in bankruptcy ;salesman went to the Sales Office and comeback asking for a down payment $800.00.After that in aprox one month when my wife ask to Finance Department for the payment book and expire tag,they request by phone return the Ford Focus 2016 ,and the main reason is because in experian appear my bankruptcy .According with agreement in the lease paper show"Limited Right to cancel"but nobody notify us the lessor
during 30 days has to notify the party for never received such information"
