Claimant says:
"I had Guardian install a complete security system in my second home in Tampa, Fl. 33647. From day one I have had nothing but problems with the system, Within 3 weeks the system panel had to be replaced, then several modules, but I had my Daughter received alarm calls when we were not home. After 3 false calls which made my daughter leave work to check a break in or fire, which were all false, I have had to stop the system. I can not use it. But my biggest complaint is fraud. No one ever told me I was signing a rental for five years. The salesman said the contract was for the company to do work in the home. I would have never signed a contract for five years. I have called to be let out of the contract since it is useless, but the manager said he can not do that, We have you for five years. I had the same system installed in my home in Maryland. I had the same problems with that System and can no longer use it, but the manager of the Maryland area allowed to to buy out at a price, I want out of the Florida contract."
