Claimant says:
"Landscaper put in plants, shrubs, trees not suitable. Checked with Mariposa Nursery and garden center. We were told the bougainvilles should never have been planted on the north side of our house. Also, Italian Cypress should never been planted in our entrance next to the walls, they need free flowing air. We informed Jason that we were here six month here and six months in Mi. One of the Cypress died and the other ones are in poor condition.
We were told that he stood behind all his work and when we arrive in Oct. we were appalled with our landscape.
After calling several times, we were told that it has been too long since the work was done last Jan. and it is not up to them to replace our dead plants and shrubs. The office person Amanda, tells us she will talk to her husband and we hear nothing. When we call Jason on his cell he won't answer.
