"Great Expression Complaint Department,Foremost, I highly emphasize that this is my second complaint against Great Expression Dental Center. I am forwarding this correspondence to your attention because after numerous attempts to obtain return calls and/or action from Great Expression Dental office located at 17301 NW 27th Avenue Miami Gardens, FL 33056 PHONE:305-624-1371, I am disquieted as to their inaction. For nearly two years, I have been wearing INVISALIGN to correct oral alignment. However, as the COVID 19 pandemic has revamped medical and dental services, I have also been advised to alter methods in which I obtain services. To this measure, I am adhering to local medical advice along with advice from various national levels of medical experts. Because of age and an underlying condition, it would place me at high risk to remove my mask for a dental appointment or any appointment. Thus, it is not advantageous for me to keep a face to face appointment, which requires removal of my mask. During the numerous times I have called the Great Expression Dental Office in Miami Gardens, Fl, I have left messages for the orthodontist and the office manager. I did manage to finally obtain a tele-dentistry appointment after my initial complaint; however, all attempts haven proven futile in my subsequent efforts. Given that I am at high risk if I remove my mask, tele-dentistry is a plausible solution for me, as the orthodontist may inspect and monitor progress and make needed intervention. In trying to receive follow-up dental care, I have not received any reply, and this is an affront and ever-so unprofessional. I have already paid in full for the INVISALIGN, so legally they belong to me and I should be able to obtain them upon request. Hence, I am requesting a product for which I already have ownership.I have exhausted all channels to diplomatically communicate with this dental office and obtain needed dental care. Therefore, beyond this attempt with your office, I may consider a legal recourse. I am calling upon your management personnel to help me amicably resolve this matter. I would appreciate your cooperation at this time.Thank you"
