"COMPANY FINISHED MOST OF WORK, THEN I GAVE BALANCE OF $$, $384 BEFORE OWNER WENT TO INDIA TO VISIT FAMILY FOR 3 WEEKS BECAUSE HE GAVE SAD STORY OF BEING SHORT ON CASH & APPEARED TO BE NICE MAN, HE STAYED LONGER, DIDNT ANSWER VOICE MAIL & STORE LOCATION CLOSED. HE RESPONDED TO EMAIL THAT SAID HE WAS DELAYED IN INDIA. I TOLD HIM I NEEDED TO GET ANOTHER COMPANY TO FINISH JOB, HE WAS OFFENDED BY MY FRUSTRATION & ANGER AT BEING DECEIVED. I ADVISED HIM HE NEEDED TO RETURN MY $$ SINCE JOB WASNT FINISHED OR I WOULD REPORT HIM TO BBB. THAT MESSAGE GAVE HIM ONE WEEK, IT HAS BEEN A MONTH WITH NO $$ RETURNED."
