Claimant says:
"I sent for a sample of this skin care treatment called Ginale skin care. I tried the sample I did not care for it so when a box of the product came I sent it back put on it refused cancel return. I thought that this would take care of the problem. Then recieving the same product I set it back again then the third package came I did the same then called them to see what the proble was after seeing my Visa account. They said I had to pay for every package even though I sent them I back. Said I needed a ticket to send the product back. The two people were very rude to me, saying they could not do anything that I owed 600.00 with no product. The second girl I talked to upset my alote, I am a cronic pain person that means every second of every day. The Doctor wants me to keep as calm as I can, because the pain is worse when upset. I call Visa they are sending a complant form to fill out Lawyer says to try to solve the problen before getting involed. I am tring they say they will not give me money back on the 1/27 package because I did not call, but I sent it back. So know product and still have to pay.
