Claimant says:
"Mr. Guzman had a house inspector come in a in inspect my house he was interested in purchusing. The home inspector took the electric cover panel off the electric box to look at the wires; when he replaced it -he put a screw in the main large electric cord of the house causing the electric panel to catch fire and stop all electric in the house. they say they are not liable because the cord should not have been where it was..I say they are liable because he should have been paying attendent to what he was doing and the request signed by the Seller says that if during the inspection that if any damage occurs it must be corrected by the Seller". So his "insterest money of $1000.00 has not been returned to him and I was going to take him to "Small Claims" court for the total amount of $15000.00 bud he couldn't be found to be served the papers."
