Claimant says:
"I am unhappy with Genius Technologies scamming. The first time in November 2017 I fell for the false claim that your business represented Microsoft and told me my computer was compromised. You then "fixed the problem" and posted a bunch of apps on my home page, none of which were usable in preventing a situation that was not one in the first place. That cost me a few thousand dollars. This time 2/11/18 you introduced someone who claimed to be a computer tech and at the end before I called the number you gave me, He identified himself as a "hacker from russia", going to steal my identitiy, he laughed also and all this time had an Indian accent. After speaking with your representative for an hour and how horrible this was going to be for me, he could prevent this hacker from stealing anything and wanted $19,998 for a Cisco device. I answered I would try. Then he told me there was no reason to change any passwords which I thought was strange. I finished the call and immediately installed Norton Security Suite and had them get me back to where I was before this scam started. The only thing I want is to stop the phone harassment about the money AS I know the phone calls will start. I sent money the first time which was my mistake. I have no intention of sending any more."
